Rethinking Emotional Well-Being in Education and Beyond
Education continues to evolve, and so must the way emotional well-being is supported. As stress, anxiety, and social pressure increasingly shape the lives of young people, Dr. Loren Dittmar is calling for a more grounded and relational approach to emotional education.
While youth are often at the center of these conversations, Dittmar believes lasting change depends on supporting the people and environments around them.
Through Dr. Loren Speaks, Dittmar serves students while also helping parents, educators, and community leaders strengthen the ways they support mental well-being through everyday connection, emotional presence, and practical tools that build resilience over time.
“Our responsibility is not only to respond to crisis,” Dittmar says. “It is to teach everyday skills that help people stay connected, grounded, and resilient before things reach a breaking point.”
Expanding the Work Beyond Schools
After connecting with the Speakpreneur community, Dittmar felt encouraged to widen the impact of his work beyond traditional school settings, bringing his trusted blend of authentic storytelling and evidence-informed practice to broader audiences seeking guidance through stress, leadership challenges, and complex emotional realities.
At the heart of this expanded work is a live event experience planned for early 2026, designed for parents, educators, youth advocates, and community leaders. The experience will offer a meaningful day of learning and renewal focused on strengthening connection, navigating high-pressure moments with greater calm and clarity, and building resilience that sustains both purpose and well-being over time.
Additional offerings, including masterclasses and ongoing learning communities, are currently in development to provide continued reflection, growth, and support well beyond a single event.
“People are not looking for more information,” Dittmar explains. “They are looking for language, perspective, and confidence in moments that matter.”

At the core of Dittmar’s work is a simple belief that shapes everything he teaches and models:
