Dr. Jordon’s journey is marked by intentional pivots and unwavering purpose. After facing repeated barriers and uninspired leadership in corporate America, she made a defining decision—to become the leader she wished she had. Leaving the boardroom behind, she entered the world of entrepreneurship, blending real estate investing with transformational coaching to create wealth and freedom on her own terms.
That decision required fearless leadership. In 2014, a breast cancer diagnosis forced her to re-evaluate everything. Instead of retreating, she rose—retiring early and going all-in on her mission: helping women break past fear, build financial legacy, and lead with confidence.
“I had to do it afraid,” Dr. Jordon says. “There were no more excuses. I chose faith over fear.”
Her results speak louder than words. A certified John Maxwell Coach, DISC facilitator, and expert in organizational leadership, Dr. Jordon is the author of the best-selling book Unleash Your Inner CEO. Her work equips women over 50 to embrace their power, launch purpose-driven businesses, and invest for long-term wealth.
She’s not just teaching leadership—she’s demonstrating it daily. As Mayor, she brings a corporate lens to community advancement. As a nonprofit founder, she’s committed to serving 100,000 breast cancer fighters and survivors through her organization, Breast Cancer Angel Network, Inc. Her vision is global: to speak around the world, share her story, and activate leaders in every room she enters.
Dr. Jordon’s 20+ year journey in real estate is a model of strategic leadership—turning neglected properties into income-generating assets and teaching women how to do the same. For her, real estate is more than a revenue stream—it’s a tool for freedom, ownership, and generational wealth.
