From Engineering to Empowerment
Elisa Beach Ochoa began her career studying Chemical Engineering in Monterrey, México—a path that promised stability but not soul. But when she moved to Los Angeles to attend her dream school, the University of Southern California, her journey began to expand far beyond the classroom.
“After moving to LA and graduating from USC, I realized my ambitions stretched beyond a corporate role,” she recalls. “I wasn’t lit up. I knew I was meant for something bigger, something bolder.” That realization sparked the evolution from engineer to entrepreneur to movement-builder.
Building Platforms for Latina Voices
Today, Ochoa is the force behind two groundbreaking podcasts—Construyendo Mi Destino™ and Derrumbando el Muro—both of which shine a spotlight on Latin American stories of resilience, leadership, and transformation.
Her mission? To trailblaze a new way of doing business. “We don’t just build companies with strategy,” she explains. “We build them with soul. With identity. With vision.”
A Movement in Motion
Her brand is more than personal—it’s collective. Ochoa’s work has inspired Latina entrepreneurs to launch their own platforms, from podcasts to digital businesses, creating a ripple effect of empowerment across industries.
Looking ahead, she’s working on her first book and scaling her movement into a multi-million-dollar enterprise of Latina leaders who aren’t just making money—they’re building destinies.
